
Atlantic Hall is undoubtedly an alma mater to numerous individuals making waves in different industries globally.
Being home to about 3,000 alumni, our spotlight today, is on one of the world athletes, Chukwudi Karlington Anunagba.
Born in July 2001, Karlington joined Atlantic Hall in September 2012 where his passion for track and field games was developed and nurtured.
After completing his education at A-Hall, he proceeded to the University of North Texas in the United States where he is currently schooling and is a senior in Sprint games.
Karlington Anunagba competed in the 2023 Conference USA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Birmingham, where he produced outstanding performances. He ran a North Texas 60m record achieving a brilliant Personal Best (PB) and School Record (SR) of 6.67s to qualify for the final and clocked PBs of 21.29s and 21.45s in the 200m qualifying heats.
He finished fifth in both races in the final with times of 6.80s and 21.47s respectively.
