Late last year students of Atlantic Hall emerged 3rd position overall at an entrepreneurial competition organized by the Association of Charted Certified Accountant (ACCA). This year they have taken that feat international, by qualifying for the next level as one of the twenty schools out of 130 international schools in Africa that competed for The CFO (Chief Financial Officer), an annual, open-entry, and global multi-stage business strategy and leadership-focused case study competition, organized by The CharterQuest Institute in South Africa. Two teams with different members are representing the school: Team Collision Crew (Daramola Korede Afolabi, Timilehin Bodunrin and Abba Ali-Concern) and the second is Team Divide and Conquer (Oyinkansola Sanni, Ekenem Ofuokwu and Ewomazino Utethe).

The CFO Junior entails an in-depth analysis of a (multinational) business challenge facing a set of ‘real world’ (strategic) business management team that needs to be addressed. It is structured over 4 Stages the last stage involves the top 6 teams going to Johannesburg, South Africa to deliver live, their 10 minutes presentation before a selected team of professionals. The winner (hopefully Atlantic Hall) will be awarded the CharterQuest Future CFOs and Global Business Leaders 2019 Award!
