The story of Atlantic Hall is one of vision, tenacity, resilience, as well as courageous and pioneering innovation. Set up as a co-educational secondary school, it was conceived in 1986 but began operations in 1989. The overarching aim was to provide children with the academic environment and educational facilities to cultivate excellence in terms of academic and social achievements.
Over the last 33 years, Atlantic Hall Educational Trust Council has had 7 chairpersons selected from amongst the 10 trustees. And these dynamic ladies have repeatedly proven not just a willingness to adapt to changing times, but an understanding of corporate governance while upholding the highest ethical and moral standards in their conduct and to the benefit of Atlantic Hall.
Our aim is not to create a new institution, but to generate the power to transform an existing one! The vision is still the same: to remain a leader and pacesetter in Nigerian education, able to compete with the best on the world stage.
